Creating a new trial

Note

Before creating a new site, ensure the following has already been created:

  • users who should receive alerts

  • site the storage unit will be located in

Clinical storage monitoring - New trial pop-up

  1. In the Clinical Storage Monitoring page, click Create and click New trial.

    The Create new trial page appears.

  2. To set the trial ID for the trial, in the Trial ID box, type the trial ID.

  3. To set a description for the trial, in the Description box, type the description.

    Tip

    A description is not necessary, but can be helpful when searching for trials.

  4. To set the site IDs for sites involved in the trial, in the Site IDs list, for each site ID, click to select the site ID.

  5. Click Create.

    The trial is saved.
