Ordering devices

In this section:

To order devices to use for Clinical Storage Monitoring, do the following:

Note

Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery.

  • To place an order, download the order form [link to order form], fill out the order form and send via email to orders@controlant.com.

    The order form asks you to provide the following details:

    1. Number of kits required.

      Note

      Each kit includes:

      • Saga device with PR-T80 probe attached

      • charging cable

      • electric outlet plug

      • Saga Device Box

    2. Device type [Aren't they all going to get Saga-P? Is this about the type of probe?].

    3. Location of use.

      This is used to determine the type of electric outlet plug to include. [don't we need an address to know where to send the kits?]
